ROCKRIDGE MENU

The Food

The RockRidge menu is a culinary conversation starter in the most remarkable setting.

From the moment you arrive to the time we say goodbye; your every need is taken care of.

Our menu is fuelled by a fusion of local flavours, using beautiful, nutritious, locally sourced produce, and quality that matches the care and passion of the High Country.

An unforgettable food experience awaits.

The back story.

While walking through Quartz Hill Station, you will see ethically raised animals with the care and quality feed that produces some of the incredible beef and lamb you will be enjoying on your RockRidge experience. We are one of the very few farmers in New Zealand that produce export-quality Lumina Lamb.

The lambs are chosen for the genetics, EID tagged to keep a watchful eye on their health and wellbeing, and fed specially cultivated chicory and clover.

Think: handpicked 55-day-aged beef and `the world’s most succulent lamb’.

Our vegetables and fruit are sourced locally from artisan growers in and around the district.

We mean business when we say we are bringing the best of our locally sourced produce to the farmhouse table.
